DELANEY PARTNERS is pleased to announce the recent appointment of attorneys to its team

Robert K Adams joined the commercial litigation team of the firm in January 2020.  Highly regarded as amongst the leading litigators in The Bahamas, Robert has a broad range of experience in complex commercial and civil disputes, both in litigation and arbitration.  He has argued appeals before the Privy Council and regularly appears as lead counsel in cases before The Bahamas Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Robert is a full-time member of the firm’s senior team of attorneys as Consultant Attorney.  He holds a bachelor of laws degree with Honours from the University of Buckingham, England, and was admitted to The Bahamas Bar in 1994.  Robert was for many years a partner at another leading Bahamian firm where he headed its litigation and dispute resolution practice group.

Edward J Marshall II also joined the commercial litigation team of the firm as a Partner effective January 2020.  He has considerable civil litigation experience, including corporate litigation, real property litigation, trust litigation and employment litigation.  Edward was also a partner at another leading Bahamian law firm.  He holds a bachelor of laws degree with Honours from the University of Buckingham, England, and is a barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn for England & Wales.  Edward was admitted to The Bahamas Bar in 2011 and formerly practiced in the city of Freeport.
ASSOCIATE EDWARD J MARSHALL, II - DELANEY PARTNERS

LaToya K Greene joined the firm as an Associate in November 2019. She practices in the firm’s commercial transactions, real estate, and immigration practice areas. Prior to joining the firm, LaToya was a law officer in the Office of the Attorney General, assigned to the Law Reform and Revision Commission.  LaToya acquired valuable experience and credentials in the drafting of legislation and statutory interpretation. LaToya holds both a bachelor and master of laws degree from the University of the West Indies and was admitted to The Bahamas Bar in 2013.
