PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Miguel joined the firm as an Associate in January 2023, and his developing practice encompasses commercial disputes, with a particular focus on commercial litigation, corporation litigation, contentious trusts and estates and insolvency.

Prior to joining the firm, Miguel was an Associate at a leading Bahamian law firm where he gained a broad range of experience as a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Trusts and Private Client practice groups.

Miguel is also an ADR Group Accreditation Civil and Commercial Mediator. The ADR Group is widely acknowledged as one of the leading providers of professional mediator training and development in the UK.
