Senior Partner Elected to the Board of RBC Financial (Caribbean) Limited

In November 2012 our Senior Partner, John K F Delaney QC, was elected a non-executor director of RBC Financial (Caribbean) Limited (“RBC Financial Caribbean”), a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada.

Incorporated under the laws of Trinidad & Tobago, RBC Financial Caribbean is the parent company of various Royal Bank of Canada’s interests in the Caribbean region such as RBC Royal Bank (Bahamas) Limited, amongst other regional subsidiaries. The subsidiaries and associated companies of RBC Financial Caribbean are engaged in banking and financial intermediation services, stock broking services and property development.
