DELANEY PARTNERS is pleased to announce the growth of its securities & investments funds and private clients & wealth management teams by the addition of Pamela Klonaris, a leading specialist in the jurisdiction. Pamela joined the chambers in March as a senior member in the capacity of Consultant Attorney.
Pamela was admitted to The Bahamas Bar in 1989, having previously been admitted a Barrister of Grays Inn, London with a Master of Laws degree specializing in corporate and commercial law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies. A commercial law practitioner of more than 20 years, Pamela’s legal practice includes a substantial tenure as a partner at prominent law firms after beginning as in-house counsel at an international bank in Nassau.
Pamela has regularly advised on corporate transactions, structured and asset finance, debt restructuring as well as trusts and private clients’ solutions.
Pamela formerly served as Chairperson of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board.
