Partner Elected a Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board

Samantha Knowles-Pratt, securities & financial services law specialist, was elected a director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board (“BFSB”) at its Annual General Meeting held last quarter.

BFSB’s Board of Directors is composed of standout financial services professionals, representatives of various industry associations in addition to government representatives. BFSB is a public-private sector agency to facilitate both government and industry in the development of The Bahamas’ international financial centre. Its membership includes banks, trust companies, securities firms, law firms, accounting firms and investment fund administrators.
