Delaney Partners’ Attorneys Honoured in Bahamas Financial Services Industry Awards
Pamela Klonaris and Samantha Knowles-Pratt, both senior attorneys at Delaney Partners, were honoured for their contribution on the Working Group for the development of the ICON legislation. The Attorney-General presented them with awards at a recent Financial Services Industry – 2014 Excellence Awards ceremony organized by the Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB).
The ICON legislation is cutting-edge securities legislation of The Bahamas for establishing a sophisticated investment fund vehicle called an Investment Condominium (“ICON”). The statutory framework for the ICON is the Investment Condominium Act, 2014.
